Love doesn't just sit there, like a stone, it has to be made, like bread; remade all the time, made new.
 Ursula K. Le Guin

This collection of film clips, video stills, and photographs depicts portions of a performance piece, Made New, which brought together human and oceanic bodies to explore themes of reclamation, renewal, and release through movement, textiles, and photography. This piece explores the lightness and weight, as well as the effort and rewards, of making and remaking love, in all its possible manifestations.
